What are the descriptions of your soap fragrances?

What is your minimum order?
$10.00 per order.

How many of each soap do I have to order?
Minimum quantities are noted on each product page.

Can I mix and match colors and fragrances?
Yes you can, but you must order the minimum quantity for each of your color and fragrance selections.

I have a specific shade or color that I would like you to match for my wedding, is that possible?
Yes, we will try to match your wedding colors as best as possible. Email special requests to Customer Service.

Do you accept rush orders?
Email Customer Service with your request before placing your order. We work hard to meet your event deadline and may be able to ship sooner than what the standard leadtime indicates.

Do you send samples?
We will make samples for a fee. Email Customer Service with your request and we will send you pricing information for your sample(s).

Do you accept returns?
Orders are non-returnable/non-refundable since all products are custom made.

Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed and payment is received, you cannot cancel your order.

I gave the wrong mailing/shipping address, what happens now?
Specialty Soap Shop is NOT responsible for shipments where incorrect mailing/shipping addresses are provided. Please provide us with both your PO Box/mailing address and shipping address when you place an order. Email Customer Service if you have given us a wrong address. If the order has not shipped yet, we will be able to change the address. If your order has shipped already, we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive in time for your event. We also cannot guarantee how quickly we can reship your order. Orders are all custom made, so we would have to wait for the shipment to return to our facility before reshipping. Additional shipping charges will have to be paid before we will reship your order. Also, if you need your order by a specific date and cannot wait for your package to be returned to us, you will have to place a new order and pay for the new soap that will have to be made.

Opaque Glycerin Soap:
Sorbitol, Water, Propylene Glycol, Glycerin, Sodium Stearate, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Sodium Myristate, Sodium Laurate, Fragrance (optional), Triethanolamine, Titanium Dioxide

Clear Glycerin Soap:
Sorbitol, Water, Propylene Glycol, Glycerin, Sodium Stearate, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Sodium Myristate, Sodium Laurate, Fragrance (optional), Triethanolamine

All soap is colored with FDA approved cosmetic color additives.

Our soap is a hypo-allergenic, vegetable oil based glycerin soap.

Do you offer a print catalog?
No

What is your Shipping Policy?
All soaps are made fresh to order and usually ship in approximately 5-7 business days or sooner. In the rare event that we cannot ship within 7 business days, we will contact you. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail from New Jersey, United States. You will receive your order in 2 - 5 business days after it has shipped. Please contact us prior to placing your order for expedited shipments.

Do you ship internationally?
Due to international special shipping requirements, please contact us prior to placing an order for shipments outside the United States.
